On the occasion of the party’s 99th birthday, in order to vigorously promote the national spirit and cultivate the patriotism of the company’s party members, the Ningbo Swell party branch organized a red tour activity. On June 27, more than 30 party members of the company came The Shanyang Revolutionary Base, an old revolutionary base in Ninghai County, cherishes the great achievements of revolutionary martyrs, draws on the fighting spirit of revolutionary ancestors, and revisits the oath of joining the party.


      The group set off early when they got up, and after a long and rugged mountain road, they came to the first stop-the Shanyang Revolutionary Base. This was one of the guerrilla revolutionary bases in eastern Zhejiang during the War of Liberation. The underground parties in eastern Zhejiang and Ninghai established guerrillas, liaison stations, repair shops, and rear hospitals in large mountainous areas centered on mountains and oceans to launch a raging liberation movement. The Shanyang Revolutionary Base was the command center for liberating Sanmen County and conquering Tiantai County. It played an important role in the liberation history of eastern Zhejiang and Zhejiang, and was a precious spiritual wealth left by the revolutionary ancestors.


      After the party members visited the base area museum and learned about the glorious deeds of the revolutionary martyrs, everyone was enthusiastic and came to the solemn party flag, braved the heavy rain, took the party oath again, revisited the party oath, and reminded everyone of joining the Communist Party of China. The pure original intention of the time has also strengthened the determination to serve the people wholeheartedly and support the leadership of the Communist Party of China.


      Afterwards, everyone visited the ancient town of Qiantong and felt once again the great determination of the revolutionary martyrs to mobilize the local people during the War of Resistance to actively participate in the revolution, stand up for the people of the country, and seek communism.

      Although the one-day trip ended quickly, it baptized the hearts of the majority of party members and comrades. Everyone said that in the future work and life, we should not forget our original aspirations, keep our mission in mind, forge ahead, always demand ourselves as communists in their ordinary positions, and strive to make an extraordinary cause.
